何佳（讲座教授）男，1954年11月生，中国国籍。1988年获美国宾悉凡尼亚大学金融财务学专业博士学位。现任香港中文大学教授，清华大学双聘教授，中国香港特区政府大学研究基金评审委成员（RGC Panel member），中国金融学会常务理事及学术委员会委员，四川大学***讲座教授。曾任中国证券监督管理委员会规划发展委员会委员，深圳证券交易所综合研究所所长，美国休斯顿大学终身教授等。当前主要研究方向: 投资银行，共同基金，高科技及金融，金融风险测量及其管理及中国资本市场。在国际主要金融财务、国际商务、统计期刊: Journal of Business, Journal of Finance, Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, 及Journal of International Business Studies, 上发表论文多篇。并在国内期刊：《经济研究》、《管理科学学报》、《金融研究》、《管理世界》、《会计研究》上发表论文多篇。研究成果被国际主要期刊引用，包括: American Economic Review, Journal of Accounting Economics, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business, Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, Review of Economics and Statistics, Review of Financial Studies, University Chicago Law Review。
