邹恒甫教授个人简介
邹恒甫，1962年5月出生于湖南省华容县。1977年恢复高考后首批考入武汉大学经济系学习, 1982年5月本科毕业获学士学位; 1982年6月开始在美国哈佛大学经济系学习; 1986年获得哈佛大学经济学硕士学位, 1989年5月答辩通过获博士学位; 其间于1986年6月至1988年12月在哈佛大学经济系担任研究助理, 1987年10月至1988年6月在哈佛商学院研究处担任副研究员。1989年9月受聘于世界银行贸易政策处任青年专家; 1990年3月至1991年10月在世界银行东欧司任青年专家; 1991年10月至今在世界银行政策研究司任经济学家。在世界银行近五年的工作中, 曾参加许多国家经济学家所从事的经济学研究, 并负责和指导了诸如通货膨胀的政治后果, 中央与地方财政关系, 政府开支和经济增长, 发展中国家的储蓄问题, 城市财政, 以及出口与经济增长等课题; 在工作中特别重视同海内外中国经济学理论工作者的联系, 特别提倡中国经济学家去世界银行进行经济研究, 亦曾多次回国讲学并与国内学者合作, 1991年3月被聘为武汉大学经济学教授, 1994年9月创建武汉大学经济科学高级研究中心, 并亲自担任该中心主任。1998年起任北京大学光华管理学院应用经济学系主任、董辅礽经济学讲座教授。1999年被评为教育部跨世纪人才
